Account Deletion Instructions
We value your privacy and security. Follow the steps below to easily delete your mobile app account and associated personal data.
Method 1: Delete Directly from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is within the Lilongwe Congregation (LINIA) mobile app itself:

1Open the AppLaunch the app on your mobile device and make sure you are logged into your account.

2Navigate to SettingsTap on your **Profile Icon** in the navigation menu, then select **Account Settings**.

3Request DeletionScroll to the bottom and tap **Delete Account**. Confirm your choice when prompted.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Web / Email
If you have already uninstalled the application, or are unable to access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request online.
Request Deletion via Email
Manual requests are processed by our system administrators within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
What Data is Deleted or Kept?
When your account is deleted, your data is treated with strict security practices. Here is a breakdown of how your information is handled:
