Yours. We register as the reseller, but the registrant on record is you or your organisation. If you ever leave us, the domain leaves with you — we will not hold it hostage.
We confirm availability with the registry within one working day and register as soon as payment clears. Delegation is usually live the same day, though DNS changes can take a few hours to propagate everywhere.
Yes. You will need the current registrar to release it and, in most cases, an authorisation code. Tell us the domain in the form above and we will tell you exactly what is needed — transfers do not reset or lose your remaining registration period.
We track expiry dates and remind you well before the date, then renew on your instruction. If a domain does lapse it goes through a grace period before being released back to the public — recovery is usually possible but far more expensive than renewing on time.
